yep, he takes too much stick for his decision wins, which i thought he won all of anyway, and he has never turned any fight down that i know of, harsh criticism for him IMO

Herbie Hide. Legend! I dont think hes ever got the recognition he deserves.

There was a great interview with him in Boxing Monthly recently.

I read an interview a few weeks ago where he says that David Haye looks like an ostrich and fights like one.

He'd be knocking Hide out like an ostrich also.

hoping i dont get exposed here as knowing fook all about boxing...but..
i too am a huge fan of herbies..or was...probably still am, just waiting to see him again against some half-decent opposition...
i really thought..like i was convinced..that he would beat riddick bowe...and he boxed the head of bowe for at least a full round or two during that fight...
bowe said years later that hide had him out on his feet in that fight..

Golota? DM? Mayorga? These guys have fan clubs here.

I am a fan of Winky Wright, he got recognition after beating Mosley twice and then Trinidad but there was a time when he was defending his IBF 154lb belt and he had no fans at all, he was labeled as boring.

Another one that I am, maybe not a fan, but enjoy watching him fight is Camacho Jr and he is disliked by most.

    FourtyOunce, Punisher33, and Zakman.

That's really all I can name. Aside from those 3, most posters show their dislike for Peter, citing his rabbit punching, lack of conditioning, and tendency to let his mouth go before fights.
