fedor striking technique

I love Fedor but he does not have good boxing technique from head to toe. His balance is poor, his punches wide, chin up etc People will try to argue you it. Even though this is MMA, boxing does translate and it can be incorporated correctly as many fighters have shown.

Fedor simply always finds a way and his opponents don't impress me but heavies are always extremely poor. Same in boxing.

 

The HW division has faded a little in the last couple of years, but back in the Pride days, in the beginning of Fedors reign, the HW division was as good as anything you'll ever see.
