What other places? I'm not denying there are small christian terrorist groups but it is not a large scale epidemic that is causing a break out of war? You can find terrorist groups belonging to many organisations but they are not as dangerous and contagious as islamists. Tell me when was the last time a christian terrorist group blew up a resturant, bus, cafe, cinema or building in the europe or America? The Koran is a prescriptive book of rules purportedly written by a single author i,e mohammed. The Bible was written by countless authors over the course of centuries. Unlike the Koran, much of the Bible is descriptive (not prescriptive) text recounting historical events that happen to contain violence. Mohammed, was a soldier. In his own time, he was considerd an outcast. He found supporters within the warrior class to follow him by providing (through his new religion, Islam) what every mercenary would love.. bounty, women, water, honey, justification for extreme violence and high honor for death on the battlefield. Just as ISIS are doing today There are also accounts of him raping other men's wife in front of them, selling women for ***, murdering, and sending his men to behead disbelievers and men from other faiths. Well if you were to follow the fundamental teachings of christianity which is being a Christian. You would follow the example of Christ and so you would become Christ-like - which is becoming and living in a spirit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Whereas If you were to follow the fundamental teachings of Islam(surrender/submit) then you would follow the ways of Mohammed - who was an extremist and you would become a psychopathic terrorist. Jesus never killed anyone, neither did he have multiple wives, neither did he order the killings of hundreds of Jews and non believers. There is no room for interpretation for Mohammed's accounts of barbarism, **** and paedophilia. Muslims never ever confront these serious issues regarding their beloved filthy prophet. Why do you think hoardes of muslim men think it's ok to use and sell white girls in towns? Because it is permitted in the quran. This is why the bible and that koran can never be comparable. Of course not all muslims are the same, but to overlook the obvious problem which is the religion itself is burying your head in the sand. These people don't make up the rules, they get their ideas directly from that book This is where the danger lies, of trying to deflect attention and responsibility away from these brutes onto the people who have been the victims of these monsters. Missing the point that had they not been committing these ******* acts, then they would not be getting marginalised/attacked. And if a religion/hometown/football team was being represented and linked with similar heinous crimes, then I would not stand up for myself, but rather speak out against and cut all ties with such association. Because that is the right and logical thing to do. These groups have existed for a very long time and will still exist regardless of those who hold personal grudges against said groups. It is not the feelings of suspicion which ignite the fear and hatred in their hearts which they use as motivation for these attack, it is our way of life which they consider perverse and offensive to their demonic God(Allah) which they hate. A anti-Russian resistance leader named Imam Shamil declared war on the Soviet Union in the name of Allah in the mid-1800s, continuing the fight that started long before the Crusades (another misunderstood but centrally important time in history). Likewise, there was a resurgence of Islamic fighting against the Soviets following WWII, through the 20th century and culminating with wars in Afghanistan, Georgia and Chechnya. So all this garbage about all this resulting from US funding ISIS, George W Bush going to war with Iraq etc along with this made up islamphobia bs, and people like me going to the extreme, causing these poor muslim souls to join terror groups, is the biggest load of sh!t to be honest with you and will never wash with me. I know how these fcks operate and how long they've been at war with the rest of civilisation. There is no room for both islam and the civilised world.
You can call yourself a Christian.. that's great.. I avoid that and call it new age.. because I don't go to church or own a bible.
@Optimus Cu*t How about you stop spamming the forum with irrelevant videos and unintelligible drivel you illiterate bum Placed you on ignore anyway but please fck off for good.
Just FYI really but the bible also tells you to "put the sword to all who live in that town" if they discuss the idea of worshiping over Gods... Deuteronomy 13:12:15 for your reference This talk of burning mosques and the like, what nonsense it really is. No one remember Anders Breivik? Or is that alright because he was white? Blind patriotism is effectively the same thing as religious extremism.
N.B Look at up the #NotInMyName campaign if you need to see Muslims speaking out against the Paris attacks. They shouldn't have to speak out against them, much the same as every Christian shouldn't need to speak out against the KKK.
No, your argument is weak because you are implying that all the world's muslims are terrorist murderers. You're also equating medieval warlords of 1400 years ago or whenever, with MEDIA AGE PURE TERRORISM. Ironically that's exactly the same propaganda the terrorist promoters use, pretending they represent the same tradition of warriors and 'crusaders' of the middle ages, when in fact that are a modern creation, a modern abomination, media-driven terrorism. These "mistakes" the West made in consistently supporting/strengthening Islamist Jihadi terrorists CANNOT BE MISTAKES AT ALL. By now, how can it not be seen as deliberate policy ? I know it's hard to head your head around, but the western governments are consistently obssessed with getting at strong 'independent' regimes such as Saddam and Gaddafi ... as well as the stronger Iranian (which are Shi'ite) nexus of Iran-Syria-Hezbollah .... and the tool they have used is the Sunni Islamist extremists. This has been going on since the days of the Cold War. It's just too consistent a policy to pretend it to be "mistakes". Yes, the uncomfortable truth, Al-Qaeda and ISIS and Al-Nusra and all those guys, suicidal bombing maniacs and death squads, are used to weaken and destablise the secular Arabs and the Iranians. Also, if you look at the powerful regime the US and the UK doesn't touch (Saudi Arabia), the regime they prefer, you'll notice it's the most barbaric and Islamic regime in the region, and the place where the extremist ideology originates. Whereas Iraq, Syria and Libya were relatively moderate, where women could get educated and Christians had positions in government. Iran is fairly fundamentalist but they are Shi'ites, primary target for the Sunni extremists that hate the West. Yeah, you're right it doesn't add up. Every regime that serves as a bastion against Al-Qaeda has been attacked by the West. It's fairly obvious was the true aims are by now.
I'm not going to get into a long debate with someone who only cherry picks little pieces of information to defend the indefensible. Or with a conspiracy nut who believes that all celebrities at the top like Wladmir Klitschko partake in peadophillia and devil worship. You are a fool. Regardless of the politics relating to the financial backing and support of said groups, it doesn't take away the fact that islam is the problem. I've never said the west is blameless, so I do not understand your position in telling me information that I already know. If you are willing to discuss the whole issue without falling into the same old conspiracy side of it all being the ''evil west's' fault, then we can talk.
Ok, what was your solution to that ? Beat and humiliate ALL the muslims or just some ? Either way, surely that would just create more fuel for extremists ? Or is your solution to KILL all the world's muslims and destroy all remnants and memories of the religion ? (Personally, I think financial backing, the geopolitics involved and covert support of the groups is the more practical issue to be tackled. It needs to be addressed. It's not ONLY the West who has fostered these groups, it's other governments too no doubt. I don't think it's too late to change the policy there. The western governments, who are elected by the people, just have to admit what they've been doing this last 30 or 40 years and change up, show some honesty, then we can all agree to take this war on terror as genuine.)
its taking the top 5 most powerful military countries to bring down ISIS whom are made up of part time fighters wearing flip-flops..this ****s embarrassing their laughing at us..
I'm not sure ISIS are "part timers". They attract part-timers, who probably end up dead or abused or being sent on suicidal missions, but I'd guess the hardcore of the group are seasoned mercenary fighters, probably trained by CIA and western 'private security firms' in Iraq up to 10 years ago, probably seasoned in wars in Libya, Yemeni and Somalia, perhaps some Chechnyan veterans, and funded and trained by the most resourceful paymasters in the region. These are hardcore fighters trained in guerilla warfare by military experts. And the effort by the NATO powers to eliminate them has been half-hearted or worse. Russia have pulled their weight perhaps. Turkey are probably flat-out supporting them in their attacks on the Kurds. UK and US are more interested in weakening Assad. Hopefully now this will change.
Back to the tread......news saying there is a tertor alert in london nezt month....this event is the only major event happening in London where meaningful people will be attending
Well yes I agree with you on that front - the western governments need to face up to their actions and review their policy and interference in the middle east. It is contributing to the cycle, but it is not the sole reason for it, which is my point. They would still be warring with the west regardless. My solution is a tougher crack down on muslims who preach jihad inside mosques and wannabe jihadists who support them through social media. These people are not being dealt with while they are poisoning the minds of many young men.
I agree. But in some cases I'm sure the security/intelligence services are allowing these things to be out in the open so they can gather intelligence on them. It's a difficult thing to combat effectively. If you clamp down too hard on the preachers it just goes underground or exclusively into the inetenet where they are harder to get at. I agree that Islam is a problem. Really it's a religion that needs to be reformed, and I think pressure should be put on the Saudis especially to change the religion.
