I think this is some kind of celebrity fight but yeah, it has been sanctioned in the past, usually if there's a gimmick to it. It's usually MMA though.

 

Yeah, I know there's been exhibitions like that, but it isn't listed on Halmich's official record and Rabb isn't even documented as a professional.

Anyone see Lucia Rijker in her kickboxing match vs a guy? Lucia was a bad chick back in her day, but damn, she shouldn't have challenged that skinny Thai dude to a kickboxing match!

 

Raab is a famous entertainer. This fight was part of his show and was Halmichs biggest night. Nobody likes Raab, and she broke his nose. She was becoming a star after this fight. This was the begin of Halmichs big career.

 

Pretty sure there was a female - male boxing match in the northwest United States a few years back. Guy was from Vancouver? One of the few times boxing was in the papers around here.
Guy had little boxing experience and lost the match.
