Few questions for Joe Gallagher..

Yeah big fights for Andy Lee and Macklin await who ever can get that world title first and have the Big Showdown in Ireland would be huge and Manny Steward agreed that both lads should only fight as it would be huge with a world title on line although he said in MSG or Boston .

 

joe, whats your opinion of The Dark Lord Adam Booth?

 

I not had much dealings with Adam we always let on shake hands etc but we are like football managers judged on results and his results speak for themself ! He it seems leaves no stone un turned is not afraid to try new training tools.

 

Joe, i met John at the prize fighter seemed a nice lad. Was very surprised at how much bigger Frankie Gavin appeared when they were together, looked several divisions bigger than John. How much does he weigh once he is in the ring ?

 

John Murray weighed in after having a good break 2 weeks ago before training at 10st 9 he never goes higher then that his body frame does not carry it . in the ring on the night 10 st or 10 st 1 .
If based in america or sunnier climates i always say we would have a crack at suoer feather again but its ok making weight but its performing is the key ! John is not a big Lightweight not compared to size of some mexicans , yanks out there !

 

Do you think size would be a significant problem if he was to come up against a big lightweight like Rios?

 

I would not say so John has fought a few light welters Dean Hickman Tyrine Wiggins Lorenzo Betheo and done ok Rios big lad but i feel fight with him and John would be a class fight and be much like soto v antillion
