I tend to stay away from stuff that simply gets me pumped/wound up, but instead for stuff that gives me a more general energy and keeps me ticking along.

I also have music that isn't aggressive at all, but reminds me of a situation that will motivate me. Like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cu2nKcfMS9A&feature=related - this song always reminds me of the stuff they say and the way he moves and I kind of get into that style. I enjoy that more, and I train more effectively. Or say times when I get started on while on a night out - the song played at that moment always sticks, somehow

If I really need motivating though... Method Man (Tical album), ODB (eg. brooklyn zoo), Akala, Kano get me working

I all can think of at this moment is Rammstein, Korn, Fatboy Slim, James Brown, George Clinton, Disturbed, and Wu-tang clan. By genres it is Funk, Hip-hop, Metal/Rock, Jazz, and Techno.

I can't believe no one said the song that has the same name as the title.

    D12 - Fight Music.

    I also like

    D12 - Instigator
    D12 - Gitup
    Eminem - Till i Collapse
Metallica songs that have been named so far.
    Linkin Park - High Voltage
    P.daddy - Victory (thats a classic)

The Fratellis, some good energetic music.
Kings of Leon - Red morning Light, pretty good.
