Broner's speed and superior footwork carry this one. He jumps out to an early points lead, encounters a little adversity in the middle rounds, then gets a ref or corner stoppage when he takes full control of the fight. Broner TKO late.
DeMarco is dangerous and will have his moments, but I think Broner will have too much success timing straight shots down the pipe. He's vulnerable to a straight left down the pipe and combination punching, but DeMarco doesn't throw shots like Ponce does and relies a lot on a lead jab to set up the left and Broner will probably parry it as he walks him down or counters while moving with small steps.

I don't see Broner knocking down DeMarco as Tony has a great chin. I also see DeMarco having his moments in the mid to late rounds as he will apply relentless pressure to Broner. Broner will lead early on points. My vote - DeMarco TKO!
