Here are some guys I wish retire whether its health, decline in skills

RJJ-Should have retired after the Ruiz win
Morales- (Good win last outing and close fight with Maidana but his best years is behind him)
    Holyfield-Stop it :-(
Toney-More done than a 10 year pair of Air Force ones
    G.Johnson-Time is up Road Warrior
    Casamayor-Are you serious?
Taylor-One of my favs, but you really need to leave it alone bruh he is going to get hurt pretty bad if he keeps it up.
Witter- Never got his hatton fight, been fighting bums since his Alexander loss he will not beat any top 10 welterweight so he is just wasting his time unless he needs money.
Tarver-- The Green win is going to spoil him into thinking he is back to his 2004 form.
Mosley- When Mora is giving you trouble maybe its time
Margarito- Hasn't fighting Pacquiao taught this guy anything
Judah- You are making New York look real bad in the boxing world a good could have story

There are more but those names come to mind.

He did. 116-112, no closer. That was a better Johnson than faced Bute, too. Glen tried to hurt Froch, but not his Romanian buddy.

Its too late for some of these guys anyways. I fully expect guys like James Toney and Holyfield to end up like Jerry Quarry and Ali. The damage is done, a lot of times the damage is done many years before it ever becomes evident. Fighters like Margarito will likely share the same fate. It's the saddest part of boxing, look at how bad Ali was in health going into his last fights, he looked like an old Joe Louis, even sporting the mustache, but money drives stupidity and the fights were allowed to happen. In my opinion, all fighters suffer from some kind of brain damage, no matter how little they get hit.

Great list! Add Silvio Branco. After he fights Fragomeni he should hang up his 25 year career win or loose.

Very good list, didn't even realize some of them hadn't retired yet. I think everybody would like to see your top 4 retire immediately.

Did that stop him from KOing Allen Green? They were friends. He couldn't hit Bute, Too slow, Not sure if part of it was taking it easy on his pal or not but he didn't with Green. Nevertheless he was fighting an extremely elusive and difficult opponent. So I don't believe he is now " shot " but we will see over his next few fights, If he continues that is.

That's how bad Allan Green sucks.

He sucks so bad that an absolute gentleman with whom he was friends with and who didn't want to hurt him managed to literally knock the SNOT out of him while throwing shots at 60% force.

    Green is a joke.

I hate to see some of these people fight on, but none of us know their economic situation, so none of us should really be entitled to tell them what to do and not to do.

I'd figure RJJ gets money from HBO commentating, so I don't see why he can't just be happy with what he got and call it a career.

LOL, that's the main reason why they are fighting. At least in Jones' and Holyfields' case... They are both bankrupt! Holyfield has already filed for bankruptcy ages ago, and Jones hasn't payed his IRS bills and owes huge amounts

if johnny wasnt in boxing right nw he would either be dead in jail or on drugs.
all there is in my city is gangs and drugs man. everybody seems to be on something. so I dnt really mind him fighting as long as its a bunch of bums from here atleast
