I'm fine, just think of cases like these when I'm down. It helps me think of how much life matters, that people that most of us never knew or could never know personally still matter to us enough to where their deaths affect us. Do appreciate the concern, though.
He was almost certainly murdered. Two independent panels of forensic evidence experts concluded there was foul play. Gatti had a large wound to the back of his head indicative of blunt force trauma. There were ligature marks on the sides of his neck that suggest he was strangled rather than hanging himself. The position he was found in wasn't possible for him to have choked. Also there was a man's bloody clothes at the crime scene that didn't belong to him.

Somewhere someone in hospital is leaving us begging God for whatever you’ve got now, we will endure anything, have done everything, been brave and treated people right… always only if we got a second chance. This too shall pass and I hope you’re well but remind yourself the hour is always later than you think, be driven friend to love this life.

Light flyweight champion Sung-jun Kim took his own life several years after his career ended. He went 28-14-6 but was never knocked out and supposedly was never even knocked down. Couple of highlights from his career: Kim wins the title from Vorasingh Bloody Kim raised aloft by his corner after fifteen rounds with Hector Melendez
Don't let life get you down. I don't know what specific troubles you have, but own brains are basically hard-wired to be unhappy. And there is probably a good evolutionary reason for that...to survive and thrive you have to be dissatisfied, but yeah, for some people it backfires. I think some people get depressed because they think it is just them. Just remember that you are NOT alone. In fact, guys like Xenophon and Plato, and those who composed eastern religions, have been talking about the difficulty of happiness for thousands of years. Just remember, you...are ...not...alone.
Just let me be another voice to say that I hope you'e doing all right, @SixesAndSevens. If nothing else, it's nice reading your posts here.
You all are very kind, genuine people. At the end of the day, beyond opinions and arguments, it's good to know that we can stand on the same page. Thanks for your words, friends.
2009 was rough Alexis Arguello, Arturo Gatti, and Vernon Forrest all died in a short time period. Forrest got murdered in a robbery, Arguello & Gatti by reported suicides although there’s debate about it.
