Im trying to think of fights that changed the career courses of both men involved. It can be that both went downhill, improved their standings or as is the more likely case, one went on to great success while the other's career went into freefall?

Of the top of my head - Haye vs Enzo
IMO Enzo never had a chance, if they fought 10 times, Enzo would lose everyone.
After the fight: Haye unified the division, now heavyweight champ, huge name in the UK, superstar profile
Enzo: Looks very poor, been beaten several times, all KO's. Gets a Euro fight soon, cant even get on televised fights now

All fights probably change each others career but,

    Calzaghe-Lacy
    Naz-Robinson
Eubank-Watson (not just career, but changed both their lives)

Beating Michael Jordan does not make you him, Larry Merchant said. It made Hopkins good money and got his due respect, but he still can't sell ****. He's an elite fighter, but not a draw.

 I wish I was there sitting near those slags cheering him. Would've turned to them, laughed, punched them in the **** then said HOW DO YOU LIKE THOSE APPLES?

And the most lazy contribution ever Hatton-Kostya Tszyu. Hatton went on to dominate 140 and challenge for p4p glory, Tszyu retired...
