Fights that would be effected if the number of rounds was changed

    In the truest sense of the word "futile", lots of different factors that we're all well aware of (including the one you thought only you realized) make it futile to speculate. But thanks for being "that guy".

    at least we got it out of the way early. Now back to topic.

    Got to disagree with you and Janitor, if this sort of thread is futile, then half (if not more) of what everyone writes on this forum, is futile...

    Most of Ali's fights would've been completely different if the no of rounds were reduced. I might even speculate that he could've lost a few of them if that were the case.

    First one that came into my mind. Funnily enough, i was just looking at the scorecards for the McGuigan/Cruz fight yesterday and thats another.
    The obvious standout i think, is chavez and taylor
