Fights that you think where/will be fixed.

interesting that you mention the last Khan-Kindelan fight , because when I saw it I thought in my head: " this **** looks fixed to me". They fought in Khans home country and Kindelan didnt do a lot. that looked fixed to me.
Paul Briggs took a dive against Danny Green and I thought Roy Jones also took a dive (maybe) against Green.
lots of Primo Carnera fights were fixed. Ali vs Liston 2 - Liston took a dive in that one. The Pacquiao -Clottey fight wasnt really fixed I think, but I think bob Arum told Clottey to not "try to win too hard"...
actually there were a lot of fights which I thought were fixed but right now I cant name them. De la Hoya vs Jorge Arce was fixed (I heard) and maybe De la Hoya vs Mayorga (although the knockout looked real)

Saul Alvarez fight vs Gomez seemed to be fixed. Gomez was tagging Canelo with hard rights all day, then Canelo finally lands something and they jump in to stop the fight so that their investment isn't exposed.
Agbeko's last fight where he got low blowed 20+ times also could've been fixed

 

DelaHoya vs. Pacquiao was FIXED.
Pacquiao-Clottey was FIXED.
Pacquiao vs. Margarito was FIXED.
Pacquiao vs. Mosley was FIXED.

Pacquiao vs. Marquez III will be FIXED.

 

Mares/Agbeko was without a doubt fixed

 

I don't really believe in fixes in boxing or want to. The Marquez fight does look suspicious, but I have to believe that is was not a fix since I love boxing and I have to have faith in the sport. Why would they fix the fight with Marquez? Just to market him so his fight with Pacman sells more? I don't think anyone cared about that fight and the outcome.

 

False. Football (soccer) and College Football in the States are far more corrupt. Basketball as well.

The knockout was total bull, but I don't think it was fixed. It wasn't reported that much money was made from the fight. Marqez was never going to lose either.

anyone who doesn't believe fights can be fixed severely lacks the ability of critical thinking. clottey was in the biggest fight of his life against someone who couldn't even hurt him. he's opened up against bigger and stronger fighters in the past like cotto and margarito, he had no reason to be afraid of pacboy.
that was arum playing of fears. "everybody loves pacquiao and everyone's afraid of big black guys, so let's let pacquiao beat one so everyone can hail him as the G.O.A.T. and clottey's post fight interviews didn't help much, nor did his lack of activity afterward.
