witter v's bosworth -was fun cheering on our home fighter, witter dominated though. "bozzy" still holds a disqualification win over matt hatton though. froch v's woolnough -great atmosphere at the ice arena ,good prices and pretty much picked our seats right near the front! haye v's thompson -was getting excited about Haye and picked his first loss!atsch, Wembly was chaos and organisation was a shambles-overpriced drinks/food. froch v's dodson -great fun at the ice arena, dodsons fans proper kicked off and had to leave with my dad (who is 65 and has parkinsons ,but still wanted a piece of the tear-up!:bbb).we left through where the boxers enter because of the madness! (nearly) hopkins v's calzaghe -had booked to go to vegas with the misses knowing when the fight was on , sadly had no money left for tickets,:-( but had a wicked time in vegas playing poker !:good had a kid 10 months ago, so will have to save hard for yearly shows now..

Not getting to the live shows as much as I used to but was lucky enough to do Klitschko/Hide Lewis/Holyfield 1 Lewis/Holyfield 2 Hatton/Tszyu,Phillips,Magee Calzaghe/Woodhall The Lewis trips were pricey, esspecially as I got ripped off prior to the 2nd fight and thankfully the mother in law lent me some dough and I got very late tickets/flights, only arrived Saturday morning before the fight. Bloody sports travel agency ripped about 400 of us off and did a bunk with the money, I was one of the lucky ones still getting there but it must have been even worse for the majority of people. Crazy thing was it was the same travel company as the first fight in NY, so none of us saw it coming. They got the bugger though he got 18 months apparently.
Here's an example below. He's got plenty of stories like this too. I believe he once sparred Willie Pep if I'm not mistaken.
Went to 35 shows in 2011. This year so far I have been to: Carl Frampton v Kris Hughes - York Hall Prizefighter light-welters - Wolverhampton Kid Galahad v Jason Booth - Rotherham Martyn Grainger v Carl Wilson - Oldham Adam Little v Martin Shaw - Bury Carl Johanneson v Chris Goodwin - Chester Martin Gethin v Ivan Godor - Peterborough Kell Brook v Matthew Hatton - Sheffield Tommy Coyle v Graeme Higgingson - Hull Gary Buckland v Paul Truscott. I didn't pay for any of them mind.
