Finally saw Ward-Kovalev. No robbery!

I don't judge solely by punch stat numbers I look at who is controlling the fight. I scored the 11th for Ward but it's a close round. The 10th isn't in my book.
And since the term "robbery" seems to be a major point of contention in this thread. I'll say I've seen worse robberies but for me Kovalev won 6 clear rounds that I can't score for Ward plus I gave him one debatable round and he scored the knockdown. So I will say Kovalev won a clear hard fought decision for me. If that's a deemed a robbery or just a bad decision so be it I don't really care all I'm saying is the wrong man was announced the winner.
I've seen reputable sites like ko digest score it 9-3 for Kovalev I'm not going that far but there is a reason most fans felt he won and most experts and ringsiders felt he won. And it's not like 50-50 it's like 80-20 in Kovalev's favor.

 

Ward had that I just woke up look from round 2 onwards. Again I really want to buy your Oakland sunglasses. You are blind my friend. I suggest get a clear glasses next time you visit your optometrist.

Lol.. Acting like you know me or your opinion means more than any other armchair fan. Lets see.. Harold has only been a TV ringside judge since 1986. So unless you were stalking the guy ringside when he first started judging non- televised fights in 1967, you weren't watching him before I was born. I'm pretty god damn old and have been actively a fan of Boxing since I was a kid in the 70s. Get over yourself. Nobody agrees with anyone all the time, but I tend to agree with Harold on more rounds than not and I'm sure plenty other well schooled boxing fans and pundits feel the same.

 

Ahh the good old "argument from authority" fallacy. So because hes on tv and has been doing it for nearly 50 years he is beyond reproach? Oh please! If he had it for ward youd be crying about how hes a hack. Youre just a butt hurt fan who cant get over the fact that the fight was closer than what you thought it was. Ledermans scorecard is sh@t! Kov lost and those of us who can handle things when they dont go our way like grown ups instead of whiny little fa.gs such as yourself are already past this and looking forward to a rematch.

 

The fight was no walk in the park for Kovalev, but he won the fight unless you have blinkers on. Ward got a home decision which is tragic when Kovalev was the champion. Kovalev will win the rematch and hopefully put the record straight.
