Clinching & clobbering combos by Gevor, with jabs flicked out by the taller Montenegro man and everything else snubbed by his own lack of control over the distance. Gevor keeps snaring him into the spider's web.

 

Round 7

Sjekloca is still looking badly winded and is caught with some wild shots while trying to establish his outside boxing with his so-so jab. Hard head clash. Gevor busier, taking it to him.

 

Round 8

Gevor is pecking away with looping lead lefts and throwing spirited right hooks to the body. Sjekloca is backing up and landing right uppercuts, making Gevor miss and then tying him up on the inside so all the Armenian can do is writhe his arms out and spank whatever he can with the bits of limb extending through the hugging grip.

Round 9

Sjekloca is finally finding some consistent success at range, popping Gevor with pot shots until he gets tackled to the ropes and mauled every twenty seconds or so. Gevor is throwing hectic combos, winging uppercuts and clapping down with hooks to the lower back and behind the head. Gevor is trying to filth it up as much as he can but Sjekloca is somehow still maintaining the illusion that this is a boxing match and not a back alley brawl. Gevor is getting popped with flush but weak right hands.

Round 10

Wild uppercuts by Gevor back Sjekloca up. Gevor grinds into him headlong, and digs away with pendulums to the kidneys. Sjekloca is using quick leans away to set up counter shots that mostly flow right off the side of Gevor's face without making him blink. Gevor is only getting touches in to the body now as Sjekloca jerks his head and upper body in every direction and flicks his hands out to counter. Gevor is responsible for numerous head clashes and whines noisily about them, making exaggerated faces at the ref.

Round 11

Sjekloca is now holding Gevor out of harbor with that cannon jab. Sjekloca seems to be in full sail on his second wind, very firmly in control now as Gevor tries to stalk his way in behind a turtle shell. A few southpaw 1-2s to the body don't gain any purchase for Gevor and just get him countered with that right hand down the pipe and some long cheek-turning left hooks. Clinching and overhand flailing by both. Gevor digs more illegal hooks to the small of the back as Sjekloca shrimps up and digs his shoulder into Gevor's jaw (also slightly dirty).

Round 12

A few lazy jabs from Sjekloca to fake out Gevor, before a lightning quick jab to the chest and flashy uppercut to the body falling in. Sjekloca is bending forward and using his whole upper body and those long arms to keep himself extricated from the grabby Gevor. Hook-2 by Sjekloca. Gevor grabs at him and throws some ineffective uppercuts to the arms. HARD left hook below the ribs by Gevor as Sjekloca was bending forward with his face pointed the other way. Sjekloca drives Gevor to the ropes with long right hands, diving in with his large head just barely tilted off to the side as Gevor flails at him with meaty hooks.
