the damn show got cancelled.. we drove almost an hour to long island and i weighed in 153 saw the doctor and had a matchup against a guy 150 pounds with no fights also.. but there was only 2 other matched bouts cuz not alot of people showed up .. so they said they needed at least 5 bouts for the show to go on but only matched 3 and cancelled it... its all good cuz we're going to a show Saturday in the Bronx which is only a 10 minute drive and should have alot of people there ill let u guys know
allright i finally fought July 11th... I was supposed to fight some guy with 1 fight for my first fight... the kid didnt show up to the show and i ended up taking a fight against some dude with 8 fights.... my coach didn't want me to take it but i took it anyways... i won a close decision.. ii feel i couldve done alot better but i just brawled and outslugged him.. i feel i can outbox him easily if i choose to.. i may fight him again on the 1st of august...
yea he told me str8 up he didn't want me too.. but ive had plenty of sparring against guys with over 20-30 fights and golden gloves winners and finalists so i knew i wasnt going in over my head
