Langford was compact. He had better measurements than Johnson in several areas.

So? Jeanette was 0-3 when he first meet Jeanette. By 1909 Jeanette was in his prime. You can use the same Jeanette. And Langford, unlike Johnson defeated a prime Jeanette. Ferguson wasn't that good, yet he seems like he gave Johnson a tough time

"Enraged by Johnson's insulting patter and left-hook to the belly, Ferguson took advantage of a bearhug by Johnson to drive his knee twice into his opponent's groin. Ferguson had taken the first two rounds, round three was even, but Johnson began driving home a wicked left hook to the stomach to take the fifth and sixth, and one or two may have strayed. " -box rec short report.

Hmmm...sounds like Johnson was in an even fight and threw one or two low blows here. Might have to check that one out to see if the DQ was a result of getting even for the low shots that Johnson threw.

DUDE, Papers say there a low blow by Johnson. And the doctor confirms it. Get over it. In addition I showed you Jeannette who had little experience back then won the first round by some papers!
