I think the commission will approve the blood testing protocol for the reasons mentioned. And thank god somebody will finally put an end to this bull****. Pacquiao will be proven to be a flip flopping ***** once the commission requires blood tests and he still refuses them.

Manny has said himself he doesn't want to test the day of the fight.Arum is probably throwing a **** fit because he hates Mayweather,Manny is still worried about having close blood testing **** him up.It's a psychosomatic tick where he'll think it'll damage him,not much you can do about psychological issues like that.I hope he gets his confidence up since he's no longer stripping so much weight off that the blood testing won't affect him.

 

I hope The NSAC insitutes blood testing and Manny agrees to the fight. However, I've seen some indications out of Team Pacquiao that indicate that they will insist on the fight being in Texas. I really hope I'm wrong about that, but that's the vibe I'm getting from them.

If this is all true, then they should be able to make the fight. The USADA won't test within 2 days of a sporting event, and probably won't blood test within 5 or 6 days.
