Floyd fought Brussles in a WBC Elim to go after Gattis title. Floyd foght the 2nd best man at that weight which was Gatti. That was the best win available to Floyd at 140. Im not saying why Cotto/Arum didn't offer Floyd a fight after the Hatton fight. You say they've been interested. Why was there no offer before that?
