Mayweather mustn't know what greatness is.

Since when has greatness rested on statistics?

At the nucleus of every statistic is their true significance, and Floyd's career reads like a warm up to the bravery and significance of Muhammad Ali's historic run.

Even with a Manny Pacquiao victory his argument is silly. Having not faced his most worthy rival his argument is ridiculous.

Both are ATG's, but neither are the G.O.A.T. That moniker goes to Ray Robinson without a doubt.

And Ali's resume in the 70's was one of the greatest for any boxer in any era. He's widely considered a top 3-10 fighter P4P ever.

Floyd is the greatest fighter since Ray Leonard and one of the most talented ever, but if he wants to keep calling himself TBE and not be made fun of, he has to find a way to fight and beat Bradley, Pacman and the winner of Cotto-Martinez.

Those 3 fights, specifically the 2 with the MW champ and Pacman, would really help him catapult his legacy and make nicknames like TBE actually palatable to hear without laughing.

I disagree, if Floyd had Manny's personality, likeability, and charm then the same people who say he is not top 20 would have him top 20. Trust me, I go to school for sociology, I see through people's intentions. People on BoxingForum24 are too enamored with irrelevant "out of the ring" **** when ranking fighters and aren't honest with themselves. I read a post on boxingforum24 earlier this week when someone said Tyson wasn't an all-time great because he's a ****** and did coke. This the mentality of 50% of the people on this site, if there are people here who site Tyson doing coke as a reason to not have him a top 5 HW then a guy like Floyd doesn't have a chance being in people's top 20.

It's amazing that an off-the-wall comment by Mayweather can evoke such strong feelings in some people. Mayweather says this outrageous stuff to get the rabble roused up and, unbelievably, it works every time.

I dont even know where to start with your imbecilic soliloquy.

For one, you don't know any of these people to call them anything, or question their s-xual orientation Secondly, if you don't respect anyone who doesn't know their place, then you probably don't respect yourself because I'm pretty sure you haven't accomplished enough in life to ever ridicule anyone that you just did. Know YOUR place.
Thirdly, Oscar lost MOST of his big fights. I don't rate him as high as FMJ, nor do I Camacho or Felix even though I'm fans of both. SRL SRR, and so many others started their career at Welter. If Im not mistaken, this isn't a weight class that FMJ has campaigned at throughout his career. So the fact that you have him top 5 in a weight class he's only campaigned at for a portion of his career only speaks to his greatness. FMJ and RJJ are not even on the same planet. Keep being a hater, I heard it's easy to do.

FMJ got so many of you in your emotions about a man you don't even know. Marketing genius.

What's sad is that he's allowed to. Look at all the hate one comment creates. It's not sad because he's making millions off of it. What's sad is that most of the people who hate on him don't even know their indirect fans. That's what's sad.

Anyone that believes Money is the better than Ali needs to put the crack pipe down.

Ali fought and beat the best of his generation. Floyd has not

SRR and Greb have the two best arguments for GOAT. Other boxing wizards like Langford, Benny Leonard, Pep, and others have better cases than Ali for it. More on top of that have better credentials than Floyd right now. The exact names are up for debate.

However, there is no debate that there is only one entity fit enough to make that decision, and that's Ali Raymi. Raymi eats GOAT for breakfast.
