Flom0s: no..no... floyd! You're a small WW even if you can't make 144 six years ago.

He walks around at 147-150 so yes he is a small Welterweight

I'm not arguing with him, just asking a question. How are we defining size? Because there seems to be an awful lot of evidence that he doesn't weigh an awful lot for a WW on fight night.

There's a reason why fight night weights are unofficial. They can easily fabricate the data and no one would bother checking.

Weight at weigh-in matters because it's official and is subjected to scrutiny. If floyd is really a small WW, like most of his fans claims, he can easily make the 144 Catchweight that pac and marquez are regularly doing until now. Pac is a small WW. Floyd is not.

Double, double, toil and trouble :stir

    Conspiracy theories

He walks around at 147 - 150, he weighs 149-153 on fight night. In terms of pure weight, he's certainly not a big WW.

But yes, he's bigger than Pac.

You can take it with a grain of salt. Take for example, floyd weighed 152 for the oscar fight and yet claims to be 150 on fight night.

Floyd is consistently 146 or 147 for his WW fights. A small WW, weighs 142-145 like pac or jmm.

    :patsch

Pac last 5 fight night weights at WW:

    149, 151, 150, 150, 148.

He weighed 140 the night of the fight in 2005 for Morales!

I'm talking about the "official" weigh-in. Not the unofficial fight night weights.

Okay... Last 5 WW fights for Manny.

    147, 147, 145, 145, 145

    Average weight 145.8

Last 5 WW fights for Floyd

    146, 146, 146, 146, 146.5

    Average weight: 146.1

Not a massive difference there either...

Edit: I made a mistake, I included the 144 lb catch weight fight with Algieri. So I replaced that 143.5 with another 145 from Manny's next most recent WW fight and his average weight comes out to 145.8

We're talking about an avg difference of .3 lbs over their last 5 official weigh ins at WW.

And pac weighed 144 or less 5 times at WW. Floyd could not even make 144 when it was required of him to do so.

    5 times? Which 5?

He has never come in below 145 when fighting at the full WW limit of 147.

But but but... I've been lead to believe that Floyd is actually a LHW but uses special scales for the fight night weigh-in. Mr. Strugg says so!!!!
