Arguello was the GOAT at 130. Whoever mentioned the Whitaker Ramirez fight don't forget to qualify it as one of the biggest robberies in history.

I explained why I included other weights in the post dumbass. Is this all you can come up with? Those two are NOT names. Thats like giving someone like Pac credit for Fahsan 3k ****ing Battery

Of course the Ramirez match was close and Whitaker won the rematch. It doesn't change the fact that a W is a W :patsch

If this his how you come to argue I cant wait till you come to "destroy" whatever..

Of course different viewers will see it diffeent ways, I have it controversial to Whitaker but I can see where the robbery could have come from, but a W is still listed as a W. but you're digressing from the main point

Is it because you can't find a way to defend Floyd? Looks like it. Keep sucking his nuts

One ***** stated he is the 2nd greatest 130 fighter after Aaron the Hawk Pryor quite a while ago. And they claim they know boxing!

One thing is certain, *****s are dumb.

With harsh criteria for the ATG of a weight class, I'd letter grade his wins at 130 as the following.

    A+ wins:
    Diego Corrales
    Genaro Hernandez
*Corrales was an undefeated, P4P ranked matchup nightmare. Genaro was the lineal champ and is a top 10 super featherweight on his own, and undefeated at the weight, his only loss to Oscar at LW. And the fights were massacres. Floyd did things to these two that no one else had.

    B+ wins:
    Jesus Chavez
    Angel Manfredy
    * Manfredy was hot going into their fight in Dec of '98. The winner was almost certain to win Fighter of the Year. The Chavez win was very good and played out impressively. Chavez was only ranked behind Freitas and Casamayor at the time in the semi-clear cut order of 130 at the time.

    C- wins:
    Carlos Hernandez
    Carlos Gerena
    * The Gerena Round 1 is one of my favorite Mayweather rounds. These fights were somewhat impressive in their own way. The Hernandez win wasn't dominant, but a guy like Carlos Hernandez is no chump.

    D wins:
    ****** Juuko
    Carlos Rios
    Gregorio Vargas
    * These defenses meant little. They serve as showcases and defenses against top 15-20 type guys.

    -1998 Fighter of the Year

-Lineal champion with 8 defenses with 3+ years as champ.
