PBF agreed back in 2006 to fight Margo, Hatton and Cotto while he was still at top Rank but wanted 8 mil for Margo and Hatton and I think 10 mil for Cotto. And Arum declined. PBF also wanted to fight Oscar but Arum said it wasn't possible. So PBF bought himself out fought Baldo for a career high pay day and hasn't looked back since. Arum like always is the reason why these fights don't happen. Arum underestimated PBF's value and has been hating on him big time every since he left.

 

Becasue he was fighting for the linear championship for more money and Margo was with top rank that's why.:deal

It's not an excuse it's the truth. PBF knew he was worth more than the bull**** money Arum was offering and he proved it. He got more for fighting Baldo and got a **** load more when he fought Oscar and has been pulling in $30 million paydays ever since. You tell me if PBF made the right decision? atsch Yeah, fighting the weakest ever LINEAR WW champ for a buck more is better then ducking the tougher opponent. Margarito wasn't linear, but he was still ten times better then Baldo. Everyone knows that.
