It wasn't a very good fight. FMJ didn't really impress, but did what he had to do to win the fight easily. He didn't throw a variety of punches, just mainly the straight right hand. Guerrero didn't do anything really, a very disapointing performance for him. But really that was too be expected given the pre-fight buildup. Guerrero seemed very nervous and got hit with way too many shots. He kept walking into straight right hands, you gotta attempt to block them or evade them if you are to land clean on FMJ. After the Jim Gray interview, Guerrero tried to say a last word, and tried to chase down Jim Gray but Jim Gray was already gone. (like he was with the handshake at the weigh-in) All in all the fight didn't really do anything for me. FMJ might be P4P #1, but this fight wasn't as good as Zab Judah vs Danny Garcia, and Amir Khan or Canelo are more interesting fights for FMJ than Guerrero.
The 'old' Bradley would be tough. After 2 tough battles, how do we know if Bradley is still the same? Although I agree, he will be a tough fight.
The fact that you didn't include "I'm just kidding" into this post baffles me.. It also shows me that you have never boxed before, anyone who has been in a gym for some minor sparring to professional fighters will tell you how ridiculous of a feeling it must be to land 6 out of 10 power punches you throw...
You're a moron for thinking that he slowed, yet was ten times quicker than his opponent who he dominated and probably would of finished if it were not for a broken hand
Floyd completely dominated a guy who would give Bradley a tough fight. I quite like Timmy but if he's getting caught clean all night by Provodnikov, then Floyd would catch him all night. It looked clear to anyone with half a brain that Floyd could have stepped it up any time he wanted last night and as it turns out,it was only hurting his hand that held him back. If anything, last night showed me that Floyd beats Canelo fairly handily, and I quite like Canelo too.But Floyd would probably insert a rehydration limit clause which for me,would absolutely ensure victory. Bottom line is,it would take a guy who can really move on his toes to genuinely test Floyd(and I still don't think the Cotto fight was as close as some others do) and whilst Khan in theory has the foundations of that style,he's badly lacking in other important departments and I think because of those flaws,of the six fights he might have,Khan might be the most resounding victory.Khan can't avoid punches that Stevie Wonder would see coming,so how would he avoid the sort of no-give punches that Floyd throws?
Guerrero wouldn't trouble Bradley at all, as a matter of fact Bradley would probably thoroughly school Robert the same way Floyd did last night, but differently.
Floyd is NOT a bigger puncher than Prov. However, the notion that Timmy would have a prayer of a chance against Floyd is laughable. Pac schooled him and a much lesser fighter, Providnikov, came very close to stopping him. Tim barely won that fight. Floyd is on a slow decline, as is any fighter who is , to the nearest whole year, 37. But he's clearly superior to Bradley in any weight that either man could reasonably nake. Floyd would outbox the lad even more embarrassingly than Pac did. Bama has a proclivity for trolling every now and then, and I think he's just having a bit of fun here.
