"No problem for Sugar" lol...... Of course its no problem. The NSAC are doing the tests... look at their history, as bad as the US anti-doping agency.

As far as I know, it is WADA testing. Doesn't matter, though. Pac wouldn't do any kind of testing if it required drug testing closer than 14 days. NSAC, WADA, etc... doesn't matter. If that was the requirement, he wasn't doing it.

PJ... Im refering to SSM vs PBF... The NSAC will be handling the affairs I believe, as nothing has come to surface suggesting otherwise.

There's no arguement coming fom me about Pac refusing drug tests at any level.... it fkn stinks like hell, although TeamPBF utilised their theory of Pac being a drug cheat, pushed the cause until the fight fell through.

In a sense, both bloody pathetic.. Pac should have taken the tests.. if PBF wanted the fight, he should have just taken the bout without questions. Who's right and who's wrong??

I don't believe any fighter should have to fight a 'roid abuser, nor do I believe PBF is a clean cut angel. IMO, the USA based fighters are rampantly abusing all kinds of roids etc. to gain an edge.

The powers that be need to either test 100% every fighter or completely dismiss all drug tests, as randomly (with privacy protection in place) the system is a total failure, especially with the likes of finger pointers taking easier options and using the NSAC as a safety net to garantee a pay day.

In sport, everyone is GUILTY until proven innocent, but again the monies involved ensure protection for the most part.

While I understand where you're coming from, the blame lies at the feet of Pacquiao. Mayweather was up for taking the tests. Pac wasn't. You can't blame Floyd for wanting to make sure the fight takes place on an even playing field. Hell, he consented to lighter gloves and harsh fines for being overweight. It'll happen next up I'm guessing anyway...
