Ramshall, seems these mother ****ing haters that were talking mad **** about Cotto cheating against Judah decided that Cotto is their man now, soley for the purpose of this fight and this fight alone, its almost as if every now and then they have to stick Floyd **** back in their mouths. Pathetic, wait until Saturday, Miguel Cotto and Margarito haters are not going to know what hit them.
So far nobody has answered the question, just made immature attempts to discredit other professional athletes. What great company I'm in. Carlos Baldomir was one of the weakest beltholders in Boxing at the time of the Mayweather fight, and I couldn't list him amongst great champions at 147. He doesn't measure up.
And you still carry on. He was a lineal champion. Okay. I still don't list him amongst great 147lb fighters. He was a B- level fighter. Regardless of whether or not Mayweather Jr fought him.
No one answered the question because this is a silly and pointless thread. Baldomir is a solid fighter who made the best of his opportunity against a fighter who underestimated him. The threadstarter is merely trying to start **** with thread. The funny thing is, you don't see many Mayweather fans hyping up Baldo. There are plenty of good names on Floyd's resume. It isn't neccesary to hype it up by overrating guys like Baldo.
No one has rated him among the greats. The fact stands that you are trying to blame Mayweather for fighting a weak Lineal Champion, like if it was his choice who the lineal champion would be.
Nobody even mentioned Floyd Mayweather. No one answered the question because it's a silly thread, but you all still had enough time to come in and post some bull****. Baldomir was a solid fighter, but the thread is asking how he rates amongst the greats at 147. I believe the answer to be that he doesn't.
Read the title of the thread. Also, the threadstarter has a history of making anti Mayweather threads. Do you really think the guy is ignorant enough to ask a serious question about Baldomir's standing among ATG WW champions? Any halfway knowledgeable fan knows that Baldo is nothing special, and was a relatively weak champion.
I didn't create the thread. I didn't mention a retired boxer. If you want to avoid a thread full of hate you either ignore it altogether or you come in, answer the question with dignity, and leave. Otherwise you get 3-4 pages of no constuctive comments at all.
