Floyd is fast but to me Judah and Pac possess more natural hand speed than Floyd. Judah and Pac can throw fast punches with power while standing still while a lot of Floyd's speed comes from lateral movement, but he lacks the power of them two. He is still fast and very accurate though. With Roy his speed came with power also but he is faster than Floyd to me by far. Look at his fight with Richard Hall to see where I am coming from. One of the fastest bolo punches I have seen to date and accurate right on the kisser.

No he isn't. RJJ had superhuman handspeed and SRL was just as fast. Floyd is a tier below. Floyd still has some of the fastest hands in the sport at 34.
