He doesn't need to up it. He'll do it like he always does by being the ring general he is and dictating the pace of the fight landing the more clean and harder blows, fustrating his opponent because he doesn't offer an easy target and making them miss.:deal

I can comment on his decent skills based on the 3 fights I've seen of his, that's what I commented on and for good reason, I don't need to follow his career to come up with a conclusion. The man is decent at best in my opinion right now, till I get the fights on target downloaded, then we'll see how great he really is.

As far as him beating Mayweather is concerned I'll have to see some more of his fights to give a better answer. Though struggling with a one-dimensional fighter is more than enough but you to seem to disagree and insist I'm missing A LOT, we'll see.

Last time I checked Hatton was much faster of both hand and foot than Margo. With that said how many clean punches did you see Hatton land on PBF? Maybe 3 at most PBF didn't get hit in that fight and he had to deal with a guy with quick feet who could close the distance almost at will and Margo can't do that.:deal

So, it was only Judah's STANCE that kept him in with Mayweather early. Not the pressure he placed? Nice simple answer for a simple minded fanboy.

And it was only Hatton's FOOT SPEED that kept him in early? Man..you are reaching more then Hatton does for something on the top shelf at the market!

:lol:Again...it wasn't any pressure...it was only the jab. Hey genius, his jab WAS him pressing the fight early on.

Margarito is not even in Hatton's class @ 147? Are you for ****in real? :patsch

You have all thse simple solutions or reasons why they had success. But that's just your simplistic view. The only way you can talk about Maywearther and an opponent to say what OTHER fighters did to that opponent. Or what Mayweather himself did to others. That says you don't know who to break a fight down stylistically here. I've given more then adequate explanantions wjhy Margarito would win. All you've done it mention other fights.

Did you not see what I said about Mayweather's own output? 340 total thrown against Hatton? Around 450 against DLH? And you ust say his movement and countes will cut Margarto's own output in half? Yeah..that makes real sense.

When then you post this guy out of desperation as usual. A little waving hand doesn't mean anything in terms of boxing. Sorry.

Please add that the brutal one-dimensional machine-gun active punching of Margarito is going to hit the air and he'll be lucky to land some clean shots, even if he does he's not a one punch KO artist to seriously trouble PBF. To land 1 or 2 he'll need to leave his self open to eat 4 and 5, not to forget that MAJOR speed difference here he will be lucky to land that 1 or 2 after eating 6.

Let's test your own reality, Lance.

First off, when was the last time Mayweather had to throw 100 punches a round to win a fight? Accuracy always spoke louder than volume when it came to Mayweather fights, what makes you think that his land to throw ratio would drop significantly against a slow, flat-footed and wide Margarito?

Conversely, what makes you think Margarito's own ratio, which is average at best, would suddenly increase against a slick, much faster and far more skilled Mayweather?

Two, how smaller was DLH compared to Margarito that night he fought Mayweather? How weaker was Baldomir compared to Margarito the night he fought Mayweather? What's good to be big anyway if you can't get to the guy?

Get real, Lance, and spare me that stupid video joke which you repeat ad nauseam and means **** all.

I'm basing it on in ring experience and general boxing knowledge and wathcing fights for years. Anyone knows that if you're a fighter that has to set his feet and you throw 100 punches a round and you face a master slick defensive counter-puncher your workrate will drop it's not rocket science and most will agree with me here. Everyone's workrate will drop facing PBF Margo will be no exception.

Well, you've seen three fights of a decently skilled fighter, and yet you refuse to make a simple post on who you think wins?

Well, from what you've seen then, 170 Santos vs. 147 Mayweather. I don't want you to think I'm trolling yoiu with that. I'm just trying to understand WHY you won't say who wins despite you having seen him fight at least three times. It's a cop out man. :-(

Who was the guy who said because Margo throws 80 punches a round that means his punches are fast?

Bull****. Pure bull****. You're basically saying since Mayweather will run around and try to pot shot, Margarito will only throw 500 punches.

That's still much more then Floyd has thrown in YEARS.

The example is outdated, but the Mayweather/Corrales fight represents a prime illustration of one's workrate dropping tragically when faced to a slick defensive counter-puncher.

It was the words that made no sense though. That's what really made the av funny. They thought they were being clever with it, instead they looked like idiots.

****...what was his name? It wasn't garcia..I know that. :huh
