IF they were the same size... NEITHER would be the boxer you see today, or saw before. These type of hypotheticals with the size difference are pointless IMO.

 

Exactly this. Usyk at Floyd's size would probably be something like a bigger version of Lomachenko. And Lomachenko is a guy that I reckon would have a crack at beating anybody in history that was his size. But, of course, that is speculation.

 

Floyd wouldn't fight Usyk in the first place... let's be real here. The only chance would be if Usyk was 45 yrs old and after taking a brutal KO so he was softened up.

 

Maybe a floyd v loma would be a more realistic comparison, loma and usyk are very similar, their styles revolve around their foot work, similar skills etc.

lol! Usyk is constantly trying to land shots his whole style is based around that and he`s no B class combo puncher either, Floyd threw far less combos and was mainly a spoiling counter puncher.

 

AJ is as good as 90% of Floyd`s world title oppponents and younger than a few of them too, he`s plus 30 but a number of Floyd`s opponents were over 30 too, easy money.

Ain't squat? He's an Olympic gold medalist & had been in the top two heavyweights for years… for a significant period of that time was considered the number one. Hardly squat… Joshua is overrated yes but to come off the inactivity Usyk had & decision Chisora & Joshua at HW is damn impressive whichever way u cut it. Stupid to compare these guys to midgets tho.. The lower weight classes always have far more competition because all the fighters jump around the weights all the time. Plus their smaller lighter frames allow more output and movement. So not really fair to compare stats… Usyk is going down as an ATG.. book it

 

Neither were 90% of Floyd`s opponents and most didn`t enjoy the physical advantages that AJ has over Usyk.

Floyd would have ducked the ever living **** out of Usyk and if he did fight him, he'd pull ultra gay ass moves like pay Usyk to wear different gloves, force Usyk to undergo privately contracted testing, and use illegal IV fluids.
