    Xylocaine is a PED. It allows you to push past your natural boundaries. Because of this it is banned almost everywhere.

    Sure, the Mayweathers want to clean up the sport.

    I'm no fan of fighters using Xylocaine but if it's within the rules, they have every right to unfortunately.
