I would definitely include the Mosley win over a few others. But those are all good shouts.

Hmm? hardly the resume of a fighter who many think of as a top 10 pound for pound fighter of all time

But the question is Top 5 performances. I don't necessarily see that as a question of resume at all.

Mayweather vs Corrales is one of the best performances of all time for me, it was amazing

You're right , but I had never considered his resume all that much and was taken back by his opponents in his best performances list.
and I would put Mosely over some others on there especially Gatti, a more hittable fighter is hard to find.

Mayweather vs Gatti/Ndou = The best offensive/aggressive showing from Mayweather IMO.

Mayweather vs Corley = The most entertaining Mayweather fight.

Mayweather vs Corrales = The best boxing masterclass Mayweather has produced.

Mayweather vs Canelo = Moved up in weight and schooled a future great in Canelo at age 36.

Mayweather vs Manfredy = A rare early stoppage from Mayweather over a good opponent.

Those are my personal favourite Mayweather performances.

I've always thought N'Dou was his best all-around performance - offense, defense, intensity, workrate, & power all on display.

The rest of my top 5 would probably be,
    2. Corrales
    3. Manfredy
    4. Gatti
    5. Bruseles, if only because he used the fight to make his Super Bowl prediction.

His overall accomplishment's and career cement him as a top 10 P4P boxer in most peoples eyes. If you didn't have him in the top 10, who wpuld you put in their if not him?

    Speaking for myself,
    1. Robinson
    2. Greb
    3. Langford
    4. Charles
    5. Armstrong
    6. Walker
    7. Ali
    8. Duran
    9. Benny Leonard
    10. Wilde

I do believe May deserves at least a top 20 spot & possibly even breaks the top 15, but I definitely think at least 10 fighters can be found that rank above him.

Honestly, he's better than his resume would indicate. By any fair measure, he's an ATG, an absolute master at his craft, and in his later incarnation with brittle hands, one of the top defensive fighters of any weight class.

If he better than SRR or SRL? No. But he's still WAY up there on any P4P list.

    1. Canelo (unreal performance given age, opponent and weight)
    2. Corrales
    3. Manny (made best fighter in boxing other than himself look average while Floyd was 38 years old)
    4. Marquez (so dominant that everyone assumed Marquez would never be the champ at 147)
    5. Gatti (perfect performance/limited opponent)
