It's weird to think that a guy who is earning millions every few months for easy work is skint. It's like seeing Warren Buffet and assuming he's skint because he's still investing in his 80s. Maybe rich guys just like getting richer?
This is a bit odd though. The Geordie shore guy isn’t exactly a big name and I can’t see it selling. I can see why he fought McGregor, Logan Paul or the first Japanese kick-boxer guy.. but this is a clear drop in standards and a far lower profile.
Just watched an interview with this Aaron chalmers,not really heard of him before bar the odd mention of him being trained by Adam booth To be fair he comes across as a nice fella,knows his level etc Can't blame him at all for taking the fight,what person on this forum if we're in his shoes wouldn't? It's a total mismatch,he's going to be beaten,he knows it,but it pays extremely well,he's in with arguably one of the greatest of all times,how many people can say that,I won't watch but good luck to him
Look at it this way. How many sportsmrn in the world are putting their bodies on the line, pushing themselves all year round for an annual salary less than what Floyd will make in one night here? Who would knock back 7 figures for something as easy as this for FMJ? No one.
