Why can't we just accept that each fighter has his strengths and limitations?

If Margarito had amazing handspeed, he would be fantastic, if Ortiz had the heart of a lion he would be fantastic, if Paulie Malignaggi had one punch KO power he would be...

Ok I think you all get my drift.

Sorry, after reading back on my post I see how it has come across.

What I mean is - by giving Amir a great chin you have an almost unbeatable fighter. I just think it's better to accept everyone's weakness and enjoy two boxers fighting for their weaknesses and strengths they bring to the table.

Because as a Brit, I support Amir but he's not half fun to watch knowing that he's one shot from another loss. I.e. his fight against pillow-puncher Molina - he got caught clean one too many times.

If you want my answer to the topic though, Floyd wins. He picks him apart. I see a similar to Judah fight, Amir begins quick.

    this,

I Still think stylistically khan gives floyd a tough fight for first half of the fight, but floyd would take over for a points victory, khans chin isnt that bad, floyd isnt a big puncher, Floyd wins 117-111 regardless if Khan has a good chin or not.

for those saying 12-0 Floyd, now that's unrealistic Khan would be favourite to win the first round

    :rofl:patsch

he has so many flaws it is hard to even count. Sure, a Chin would help but he is robotic, has no footwork, can't fight on the inside, has no Ring IQ, no power and can only seem to throw the same punch combination over and over.

Giving Khan an Iron Chin would just make him a punching bag. He is lacking in so many areas besides the Chin.

What number can you count to?

Whilst we are on his flaws - he also speaks like a ****. Don't forget that one.

But yes, although I don't agree with some of the flaws you've given him - he isn't THAT bad.

After all, 2 of his 3 losses came from having no chin where he (imo) would have won those fights. His mouth and general opinion of himself certainly gives us the need to want to see him get knocked out and pick flaws.

To suggest that Khan doesn't stand a chance of winning a round is preposterous. Mayweather simply IS getting hit. He has been hit by far slower opponents.

FLoyd would beat him UD in very good fight, if Khan had chin very few people could beat him Floyd is one of them, Floyds IQ is just much higher than Khans so it would be 9 rounds to 3 win for Floyd in a very entertaining fight.

Mayweather would press Khan and keep him backing up, which would neutralize a lot of what Khan likes to do.

Khan can't fight going backwards, and is sloppy with his flurries when he does come forward, leaving him open to counters as you have seen in his past bouts. Mayweather would take him to school, Khan chin problems or not.

It would be a boxing lesson for Khan at the hands of Floyd Mayweather Jr.

An iron chinned Khan still has the same defensive frailties, the same poor footwork, etc, etc. A chin doesn't make a boxer, just look at Rios. His chin wasn't much good when Abril and Alvarado boxed him.
