    Mayweather would sink to an all time low if this fight gets made. I'll refuse to watch it.

    The story started in the Manchester Evening News and was picked up from there, even Hatton was quoted as saying the fight was "unlikey" to happen.

    What grips my **** with this fight if it was to come off is that there are so many more fighters in this country who could do with a decent break, some real life changing paydays and the exposure that this contest will bring...:yep

    For me there are two fights that Matthew Hatton should have...

    A fight with Craig Watson...:good

    A re-match in Aus for the title he fougt for last time out... He should go into his backyard now...:yep

    I so hope this fight don't happen, it is **** poor for British Boxing if it does...:yep

    I first read this rumour on another site around mid November.

    The fact that it has resurfaced is rather worrying.
