    Wow, never thought about that. Kalule was such a solid operator. I think he'd find himself on pound-for-pound lists if he was competing in today's junior middleweight division and taking on the 154 pounders and 147 pounders moving up. The amount of quality Leonard fit into his resume in such a relatively short career compared to most great fighters is absolutely absurd.

    Based on what you've seen of Kalule, do you think he takes Cotto and Alvarez? Honestly, I'd favor him over both quite clearly on his best form. I don't think either of those two guys could've put up as respectable an effort against Leonard as Kalule did.

    I don't think You'll see Mayweather in the ring against Martinez. I that dream died with the two majour events of last May, Cotto giving Floyd a really hard fight and then him going to jail. I think that both took enough out of floyd that he'll want to rag the puck until the Pacquiao fight and then he'll hang'em up. His legacy secure. Martinez might be a step too far at this point.

    I'd say so, definitely. He's also a guy who would benefit immensely by today's rehydration periods after the weigh-in. Probably be heavily avoided too, unfortunately. I actually rate the Kalule win - also taking into account he was 36-0 and the Lineal 154 Champ - over Duran II considering Roberto's condition. I don't excuse him for it or anything, I just thought Leonard's performance a lot more impressive against Ayub. Tough fight, too.

    Ray also took out Mayweather, Sr (#6 WW), Shields (#4 WW), Gant (#4 WW), Ranzany (#5 WW), Price (#8 WW) and Chiaverini (#4 JMW; fight at 154) before he even got to Benitez for the title. No doubt in my mind he's #2 at the weight.

    How many 'champions' today don't even fight top ten opp in their division? Leonard split right through it, pre-title. And it was the legit title, against another undefeated, great fighter in Benitez.

    Oscar threw more jabs in the second half of the fight than the first half. I don't know how or why people hang on to this myth. Just like folks say that Mosley gassed when he threw more punches in the second half as well. Mayweather made them miss. He made them look foolish and look like they stopped throwing because they failed to connect.

    :thinkDecent list, but I'd expect someone who claims to be the greatest to at least have the best resume of his era. He doesn't. That says more than this list.

    Meh he's a great promoter and salesman but not a great fighter, a fighter will fight any and all comers not worrying about a blemish on his record..... Floyd is not a fighter as they should be although he is very skilled.
