Floyd Mayweather's latest instagram post on Canelo

I couldn't agree more, but when it comes to all those fighters I mentioned I am more willing to give the benefit of the doubt to a fighter who accidently ingests contaminated meat a known problem in Mexico vs someone who knowingly put stuff up his nose that he knew was illegal and posts videos of himself selling crack to hookers.

 

I'm a PBF fan but this is unnecessary and ridiculous. PBF hates to see anyone get some shine. He's mad that Canelo got this new deal with DAZN and acts like it's some slight to him. I don't understand why he's mad? He made more money in less fights than this deal will pay Canelo and he beat Canelo when they fought. So who gives a ****? The guy is an attention ***** and has to be in the spotlight. He needs to tone that **** down and worry about promoting his own fighters better.

I'm not so willing to accept Canelo's excuse as gospel (I mean, do you really know for sure? My guess is that almost all cheat incl. Canelo and he was just foolish enough to get caught) but your point about BJS is fair, that's even more unprofessional.

 

what lmao. Maybe Canelo won't get the kind of numbers he got on HBO without being on PPV and all that, but we know Canelo can make very good PPV numbers. He's proven that on several occasions. Any great fighter needs a dance parter though to make big PPV numbers. Floyd Berto for example didn't make great numbers. Floyd needs a Canelo to make the kind of numbers he's talking about. I mean at this point Floyd could make a lot more $$ fighting Canelo than Pacquiao, for one reason a lot of fans felt burned by buying Floyd Pac in 2015 and got such a dud.

Plus, I would never put my money on canelo if they fight again, tbh. And everybody knows here that I'm a fan of canelo. But, man, I am a fan of canelo, not an idiot.

 

Canelo does get good numbers but not on the same level Floyd does. Having said that it could be argued Floyd ruined the PPV model with the Pacquiao dud.

 

It'd weird how you can be a fan of someone and then find out they're totally ****ing mental. Like James Brown level mental.

 

I hope Canelo doesnt end up wearing fishnets like Oscar, or having a collection of expensive Utensils in his drawer next to his bed.

I'm not a fan of Canelo so would care less than I did about De La Hoya who I quite liked as a fighter.

 

You need to rewatch the fight. Most rounds were extremely close.
