Maidana's 20 lb advantage and wrestling is what made it close

Pbf has made a career out of beating pressure fighters. Where have you been. Maidan isn't a pressure fighter bes a roughousing slugger most similar to Hatton but 20 pounds more and still lost.

Put him in the 50's with guys not quite as good as 147 SRR like Gavilan, Basilio, Graham, and the like, and Floyd would certainly have more losses. That's no disrespect intended towards Floyd, I just think he's too stretched out at 147 to handle the greats of the division.

I really wouldn't like his chances against the best of the 80's crop, either. I think he's tailor made for Hearns.

Floyd has great skill but lacks that one shot stopping power that would have put the brakes on Maidana's offensive gameplan.

if 165 is ridiculous, then he should not have fought canelo and at 154. it just shows he is not what he claims as tbe. no one is unbeatable. even the greats have losses to lesser known opponents
