maidaina's head was flying back all night those weren't slaps. but hey your a pac.**** the most ******ed groupie fan base on the earth.
I did rephrase by saying "in the traditional sense" as to enlighten you as to what I meant in my original post. To my mind a good boxer is someone who can dish out punishment as well as defend against it. Floyd at the moment is severely lacking in the former department and to me that doesn't make him a good boxer. I'm sorry if that offends you somehow
I'm not offended I just asked some questions because I don't understand how anyone can say Floyd is not a good boxer. I can see how someone could say he is not powerful for a WW, but not that he is not a good boxer. No boxer is perfect and every boxer has a weakness of some kind.
But somehow his face looked as if he just came out the shower. Also he wasnt stunned at any point in the entire fight after eating punch after punch after punch, must have been some reaaal heat on those shots... FFS even Broner managed to rock him multiple times last time out But yeah you're right he wasn't only slapping his punches... the lead rights he connected with on Maidana were arm punches - the key to floyd's handspeed and explanation for his lack of power.
Harry Greb's arguably the greatest fighter of all time and was not a huge puncher. It's not Floyd's lack of power that makes him overrated in terms of skill. It's his inability to throw combos on the inside. His offence is purely pot shooting and has been for years.
You not understanding me.. I said how people describe him.. They say Floyd can't handle Pac because he will throw power punches all night non stop and Floyd would be stuck in defence mode.. If that was the case, can't he do that to everyone? They say he is the hardest hitting ww so he would have no trouble with Bradley and Marquez.. If he walks up to you and throw non stop with power like they say he has, he would be prime Mike Tyson unstoppable.. Everyone also knows Floyd doesn't risk losing by going for kos when he already won out winning the fight.. Do you watch boxing?
