He is doing anything and everything possible not to let his contractual obligated fighter, fight someone who does not have THE STYLE to beat Floyd. pac doesn't want to fight floyd or he would of took the $40 million plus whatever PPV he would of got but that wasn't good enough he needs more for it to be worth the risk of fighting floyd.

Exactly-these *******s don't realize that Pac was already exposed by JMM...they downgrade Floyd's win over JMM, but give Pac all the praise in the world for struggling with an old JMM (I had it 8-4 for JMM).

I'm still waiting on the math that shows how $40 million is such a "bad offer", because if this fight does $250 million dollars....you're looking at 125 million going to the distributors and networks, leaving 125 million to pay ALL the fighters (undercard as well as main event) and all the bills etc. I'm confused as to how some believe it's a given that either fighter is going to make more than $40 million. In this scenario Floyd probably would because he/Golden Boy is also going to be the primary promoter and will be compensated for their respective services, but in terms of fight purse I don't know that either guy would make more than this. This offer is only "bad" for Arum, because it's his money that is being cut in to not Manny's. Manny has never made this much money, and I don't see how one would assume Arum is going to guarantee him more than $40 million, has Arum said he would pay him more...is this documented anywhere?
