Floyd Refused Pac's Request For VADA Testing and Demanded USADA...(!)

Just like conte who works for vada is a honest guy? Man there's 2 sides to every coin. Conte was actually found guilty for distributing illegal substances. Memo, was not.

 

I like how you just mention the samples were destroyed. From the time line on this situation, they decided on usada within about 10 days to the fight (last minute thing) . According to usada, they disposed of the testing after collecting from both fighters because they weren't able to perform proper protocol as far as letting each fighter know the legalities of the process and what they can not take due to being a last minute decision.

They also didn't test morales until he passed, out of 3 test, test #2 was positive and test #3 was negative. It was made clear a test had shown positive and the commission left it up to team Garcia to decide if they would fight or not.
