No, the Parrot is Pac and the slug is Arum. Did the puppet master (Arum) say Pac was taking the test or was it the puppet (Pac) who said it. I have yet to see or hear Pac say he will take a full random blood test with no cut off date yet. Maybe I've not been paying attention.

What's interesting is Floyd and Shane both agreed to OSTD but stopped all tests 14 days before the fight.

You have yet to see or hear where Pac says he would take the full random blood test with no cut off date because he has not agreed to do that yet. That is the sticking point. It amazes me how people want to turn a sticking point in negotiations into this guy is ducking that guy or this guy is scared. Remember how people where all over Haye calling him a ducker etc........for not agreeing to K2's terms and you had some people saying Haye is not ducking he just wants a better deal and then when he got the deal he wanted the fight was on. It's the same thing here Pac isn't ducking May and May isn't ducking Pac they are both just trying to get the testing they want when that is settled and they get the money split the way they want then the fight will be on.

The thing I fear here though is that both sides will keep being so stubborn that one of them will take a surprise loss before we get to see Floyd/Pac and then the fight will happen but won't mean as much kinda like how Hopkins/Jones 2 was.

FYI... Pac already said that the drug testing is no longer an issue during they're promotional tour for the MPvsJMM II with the follow up of his promoter after the sucker punch that it's all about egos so they're willing to do all of Floyd jr request but allowing WADA & NSAC to work together with USADA for maybe a more stringent check & balance result.

Floyd will fight PAC with these conditions:

    1 Drug testing
2 Pac not allowed to train in Phillipinnes
3 Pac not allwed to train at wildcard
4 Pac not allowed to have Freddy as a coach
5 Pac is not allowed to know the date of the fight until the morning of the fight
6 Pac cannot fight left handed
7 Pac must be half drunk
8Pac must have both shoes tied together by the laces
9 Floyd allowed to change contract at any time

Once Pac agrees to all of this, the fight might happen.

    You forgot,
    10. Arum should be out of the picture because he is earning 30% from Pac.

That one is a funny one, considering both Al Haymon and Golden Boy make money from Mayweather's fights

According to Floyd, he keeps 100% of his earnings because he is his own boss and Pac should do the same. These floydettes then parroted the same stance.
