I am not judging him on his career at 147 pounds, and I know he had a great run below 147. I am not saying PBF is scared or would lose.

I am just stating, that in order to improve his legacy and to access to a comparable ATG status of greats like Duran and Leonard, PBF must fight the elite welterweight division. So, in terms of legacy it is irrelevant why a fight for instant with Mosely does not come off.
