The bum sport was discredited a long time ago when the fox hunting MMA fans were saying Ronda could knock out Floyd on the cobblers. Then there was a significant amount who felt McConor McGregory had a chance against Floyd in what was always gonna be a fixed fight as to not damage McConor and the UFC's brand.

I often venture the Sherdog forums (must be masochism) and the fans of that sport are mental! I did win big money once on UFC 200 when Lesnar was the underdog against Hunt. I'm an MMA casual but I could not understand why mma fans were hyping this guy to beat Lesnar easily. I watched the tapes and thought it was a mismatch. Rightly so. I then lost it all by putting it on Holm against Tate in the main event by being super casual and thinking there's no way this cute little thing will beat Holm. Martin Bakole would knock out Stipe in 8 seconds.
