Floyd will make Pac look silly

I doubt if Void will fight Pac, but if he does, he will have to have his venue, his referee, his judges, his commentators because he is spoiled.

What will Floyd do to win and how will he do it? At this point honestly.... Pac is faster, quicker, more mobile , and more agile.

Floyd will never just let it happen but I feel he will react too late. he is not use to coming on strong early and Pac will. Guess what Pac won't give up or lose his mind.

A lot of people are underrating pac's skills actually..

i don't consider floyd superior than pac skillwise, its just that they have two different kind of styles and both are very good at it, but skill had to be coupled with power and heart which pacquiao definitely has all..

 

Again, it was Pac who made Void look silly, or perhaps I should say it was Void who made Void look silly for refusing to fight Pac. Roach sees something, that's why he wants the fight.

 

Pac was all those things against Marquez but still lost the majority of the rounds. This is boxing. If boxing was based on pure athletic attributes Zab Judah would be the best.

Floyd however is bigger, stronger and faster then Marquez. So considering how PAcquiao struggled with him, his struggles with Mayweather would be more intense.

Also that right hand will be devastating in this fight I predict.

 

If you remember pac was already struggling to get to SFW limit of 130 lbs compared to marquez who doesn't look drained, just look at their weigh in photos that is why they decided to move to LW immediately after that fight with JMM..

this IMO is completely a different battle cause it will be a fight that pac would be comfortable with his weight either it will be mayweather or marquez..

 

On 24/7 Roach said he hopes Marquez beats Mayweather so they don't have to deal with him because he doesn't like the match up "stylistically." Roach knows Mayweather's counter-punching style would go easily with Manny's tendency to throw punches. Pacman will bring the fight to Mayweather all night and Mayweather will win a comfortable decision.

Roach "sees something," of course. He knows boxing. He knows Mayweather's style and Manny's style. And if you understand boxing yourself, you know Mayweather's style and Manny's style. What kind of fight do you think will happen?

Mayweather and Pacman are both consistent in their performances. Mayweather is always in great shape and is lighting fast for all 12 rounds. Always changing it up. Always racking up points with his clean shots.

Pacman has greatly improved his defensive skills. He sets up punches better. He has always been fast, if not faster. He is strong and never tires. Most of his victories are KOs. This shows in how he likes to throw many punches, especially his straight left and right hook.

All this said, what kind of fight do you predict happening? A "Mayweather fight" with Floyd constantly backing up looking for counters, or a "Pacquiao fight" where he gets to constantly move in and out and throw combos? Ideally for Pacman his opponent are slower and will tire over the 12 rounds leaving more openings and eventually the KO. But will Mayweather be slower? Will Mayweather allow Pac to move in and out with his shots? Will Mayweather tire over 12 rounds?

I've never seen it happen, and I don't think it will happen. Mayweather will win by decision.

I would only say to your excellent post, I will wait and see what the layoff does to May before agreeing or disagreeing.

 

In your opinion, Marquez will be a tough competitor because as you claimed although debatable he beat Pac. That's not always the case, my friend. As you said, style makes fights. IMO, Pac who is faster than JMM, w/ good handspeed and footwork, and more importantly his ability to carry his power and speed at a higher weight will give Floyd more trouble than Marquez. Remember, Marquez has not fought in l43-145 weight division as compared to Pac. It is doubtful that at his advanced age, he can carry his speed and power in l43-145. This is a total mismatch.

Only Pac at this point can beat Floyd by utilizing his speed and power. Talking about fight plan, don't you think his coach, the finest coach in boxing, will not design a plan to beat Floyd? They had a plan against Oscar and Hatton, and they proved to be effective.

 

All your questions will be answered, my friend, if ever this fight will come true. Meanwhile, Floyd has to get passed Marquez.
