Pac lost out on the fight because he was trying to be the boss and the shot caller when he wasn't. He was just Bob Arum's puppet and Saying what Arum wanted him to say. Mayweather knew this and he wasn't about to let Arum dictate to him through anybody. Pac was actually the third wheel in the negotiations. Mayweather actually liked Pac and tried to give him some game on how to get and keep his own money but the dam fool didn't listen and now he thinks that he can talk **** and get a fight on that alone. Bull****! He sided with Mayweathers worst enemy in trying to get in Mayweathers pockets. **** like that is very hard for Mayweather to overlook. People think it was about a fight, Ha Ha, Mayweather don't have a problem with beating Pac's ass. If Pac was signed by any other promoter, the fight would have been done and over. Arum thought that he could out play and out maneuver TMT but Mayweather showed him and is still showing him that he don't control **** when it comes to TMT's business.
Mayweather isn't interested in the pacquiao because Pacquaio just got knocked out. That's what I'm thinking. Makes more sense than most reasons you guys are coming up with. Why would he fight someone who isn't worthy?

Well I followed all of it and Mayweather agreed tob everything the first time around but Pac didnt want the test to be random. yes Mayweather isnt the commisoner but how do you turn down 50 mil for a bloodtest....I Give BLOOD FOR FREE!!!! Floyds training for a fight and pac allready has one lined up.. Pacs lost or had terrible performances in his last 3. Let him get past rios and floyd get past alveraz. If manny destroys rios something might spark the fight up. Testings no longer an issue
Floyd would never take a fight of equal billing now he is the man, his wanting all the PPV money just shows that. he likes to be the big earner the man calling the shots, he is all ego and that why the Pac fight has never happene.
