please list the lightweights who came after sweet pea who could have beaten floyd..don't worry I'll wait:deal
So now you're looking at resumes, huh? :rofl :rofl :rofl What a ****ing ******ed troll you are What do you have 5 masters degrees in? :deal
The only one that really comes close is Mosely. And that's debateable. And of course Castillo NEARLY beat Floyd (I still scored the first for him, but I recognise I'm in the minority)... Castillo is certainly not a better lightweight than Floyd though. All time is a different story.
Such as these... Although I don't think ALL of em' would have beaten Floyd. Floyd is still competitive with ANY of em'
Nope....Mosley is better than him. Give me an argument that says otherwise. He had a higher KO ratio, he defended his title more times, and had no controversial decisions. But that has to do with resumes. Using your own criteria as stated, tell us how PBF is better. Factually.
So when did your original statement about PBF being the most dominant champ after Sweet Pea at 135 change to being about who could beat PBF at 135? :hey There are plenty other fighters who were more dominant at 135 than PBF.
and the 1 fight of bennie leonard showed you he was a greater fighter than floyd:deal I ahve seen 4 fights of floyds at this weight, who looks stupid try and focus on floyds era, going back to 1920 to find a fighter no one has seen makes you look lame:admin what lightweight since sweet pea would have beaten floyd in the ring. try and keep the argument relevant, you know apples to apples
I agree... I just added the "head to head" bit personally. Although I'd argue it to the day I die. While they (most, not all) certainly accomplished more at LIGHTWEIGHT, none of them would blow Floyd out (they theoretically COULD score an early KO, so thats not neccessarily true, but you know what I'm sayin'). Floyd is still a masterful fighter and would be competitive with them all (and in a head-to-head battle, win the majority, imo). But 4 fights, one which many think you lost (although I don't), and 2 against semi no-names - does NOT put you no. 3 all time at lightweight.
Maybe he is better at analyzing than you and only needs 1 fight. :deal Naming a # of fights that is the standard by which to judge doesn't benefit you either. I have seen 15 fights of Mosley at 135 to your 4 fights for PBF. Mosley is better then...
fighting the bum of the week vs stepping up and fighting the ring champ is a no brainer, but you do have low standards so I am not surprised:hey
