'It seems Mr.mayweather you have the TE ratios of a dying 120 man. Should i call you an ambalance or just get bob Bennett on the phone for a TUE?'
A bit harsh. He’s accomplished a lot over 2 decades in the sport. He’s faced most of the top guys from 135 to 147 and has managed to remain undefeated. Of course there are some questionable circumstances around PED use with some of his samples and use of IV Infusions but that came to light later in his career. For the most part Floyd’s legacy is crystallized as an ATG and one of the best boxers in the last 30 years.
No question Floyd beat Manny but if anyone has red flags and direct links to PED use the overwhelming evidence points towards Mayweather and not PAC. Now if PAC used an IV drip at levels of 750mLs over a very short period of time right before his fight with Floyd...or if there were multiple samples that came back highly suspect requiring B samples to be submitted in order to get the green light to fight, I’d be inclined to say Manny was definitely doping. I tend to take accusations and rumors with a grain of salt especially if the stemmed from an opponent.
“We” haven’t been through anything. I’m just laying out the facts. Rumors and accusations aren’t hard evidence, facts or direct links to doping. Especially when the rumors were proven slanderous and required the accusers to recant and publicly apologize while having to pay damages.
What's the fact is that mayweather has been completely cleared by nsac and usada after a thorough investigstion. There has been no evidence to suggest PED use by money. There is plenty of evidence to suggest Pacquiao has been on the juice
Evidence; the available body of facts or information indicating a belief or proposition is true or valid. Rumor; a currently circulating story or report of uncertain or doubtful truth. The difference between the two are distinct just as distinct as Mayweather’s illegal IV use and multiple test samples requiring subsequent samples and Pacquiao’s rumors around PEDs. The USADA and NSAC clearing Mayweather in itself was highly suspect. Their retroactive TUE’s, going against their own rules/regulations and attempts to cover up their own documented mistakes only casted more doubt around Floyd’s doping situation.
Fact is: He was cleared, and Mr.Bob Bennett has already confirmed that after a thorough investigation Rumour: You trying to make things up that contradict the facts. I go by facts And the facts are Pacquiao's head has grown in size for years, and he refused testing. Not only that, but he has suspicious acne.
Let's add this to the dossier, shall we? – Mayweather delays the official announcement of his fights until well after they leak publicly as a loophole for potential drug use. Mayweather does not engage in true year-round Olympic-style testing. Rather, he dictates terms of testing to USADA and tells them testing can only begin once the fight has been announced. This delay would theoretically allow Mayweather to use PEDs for the months leading up to fights without risking being caught. For example, Mayweather did not officially announce the match with Andre Berto until 39 days before the fight. News of the fight date had leaked several weeks earlier. – Al Haymon exclusively uses USADA for all of his drug testing. USADA does not report full test results to state governing athletic committees. They also do not employee carbon isotope testing, which is the most effective drug test. – Mayweather uses contracts that allow for therapeutic use exemptions (TUE) to be retroactively granted after someone tests positive for a prohibited drug. What’s the point of even having testing if you can just get a waiver for it after you fail a test? Mayweather gave Pacquiao a contract that included this clause. – Mayweather was rumored to have failed drug tests for three consecutive fights but was granted inadvertent use waivers by USADA. – Mayweather’s people agreed to settle a defamation suit with Pacquiao quickly — and for more money than expected — as soon as Pacquiao’s side began demanding documents regarding Mayweather’s drug tests through USADA and the NSAC. – Mayweather had abnormally low T/E (testosterone) ratios prior to the Robert Guerrero and Victor Ortiz fights. Low T/E ratios could indicate tampering/efforts to lower your ratio to cover up testosterone use. – USADA regularly does not submit information to the Nevada State Athletic Commission. For instance, the NSAC would not allow Pacquiao to receive a Toradol pain-killing injection prior to their May fight, but Floyd was granted a retroactive TUE that was applied for and granted two weeks after the fight. – USADA saw Mayweather using an illegal IV a day before his fight with Pacquiao but did not notify the athletic commission about it until weeks after the fight. The IV could be used to dilute the blood and cover up PED use.
This is mostly a salty thread even if there is some truth to it by the OP. I've made it no secret myself that I can't stand Mayweather, but I recognize that he is an ATG. It's just that sometimes by certain fans his legacy is blown out of control. How can a fighter who avoided risk taking in the ring be held to such high esteem up there with the mount Rushmore of greats? How can he for example ever be compared to a guy like Ali who took on the best of the best when they were fresh off of pummeling people left and right? When Mayweather was a risk averse fighter not just in style, but with opposition and carefully planned timing?
Bob Bennett intially condemned USADA and Floyd but came under fire and placed him and NSAC under a ton of scrutiny to which the response was an investigation that cleared them of any wrongdoing by clearing Mayweather. It’s called collusion and complicity. And your “Rumor” example needs a lot of work. Lol. Is it a “rumor” that I’m trying to enlighten you with facts? No...that is not the definition of a rumor. A rumor is Floyd saying Manny was doping without any evidence or direct links tying him to PED use....like multiple test samples requiring B samples to be submitted to be allowed to fight or illegal use of IV’s prohibited by NSAC and WADA. Take notes.
There was no facts and like I said, we've been through this and you already lost. Fact: He was cleared after a thorough investigation of any wrong doing pacquiao used drugs and that was already documented. Nice try
