Guys, I don't have my scorecard from years ago on hand at the moment. It really isn't something that I keep in my pocket at all times. I watched the fight the night it happend, have it recorded, and watched it several times soon there after. I never once came away believing anything other than Castillo won the fight. I watched the second fight as well... and I already said, Mayweather clearly won that fight, although it was a bit close as well and Mayweather was throwing pitty pat shots all night. He said that he was refusing to throw power punches in the second fight. All of this is very clear in my mind, but I'm sorry I don't have my exact scorecard with me, nor will I plan on rewatching the fight, as I have seen it about 7 times.
I scored FMJ - JLC 1 a draw. I do not recall my scorecard unfortunately. I do remember thinking that if I had to hop off the fence and pick a winner, it would have been Floyd. But I thought JLC got ripped on the cards and did earn himself a legit draw.
I really don't care about your opinion. Thanks. FYI, Mayweather himself admitted that he was not going to throw any power punches in the second fight, because of his hands. So I guess Mayweather is a Mayweather hater, with an agenda and his opinion doesn't count. All you have to do is watch the fight to see it is the truth. Does it matter? I said that Mayweather clearly won the fight, didn't I? Since when does a boxer have to fully commit to his power punches in order to win the fight? He had a plan, he executed it... and he won the second fight. Simple as that.
You know that I never had hate for Mayweather, and I have defended him on here more times that I have spoken out against him. I think that he doesn't get credit for what he has done in his career, but his attitude is a real drawback. I really wish that Mayweather could be a genuine person, like I have seen him be in the past because he is really likable when he is being genuine. I defended Mayweather when people weren't giving him credit for his wins, and I defended him about his actions in the past. However, I will not pretend like I believe he won his first fight with Castillo, because I don't feel that he did. I honestly don't know too many people outside of huge biased Mayweather fans who think that he did. Sort of like how I can watch Oscar vs Sturm and point out why I feel that Oscar won that fight, yet many other will look at me like I am crazy, and think that Sturm should have won. That's just the way it is.
No way Mayweather won the first fight, I like both Castillo and Mayweather, but PBF was simply outhustled and outlanded that night. I dont think Hatton can do as good as Castillo did 5 years ago.
What are you talking about? I've never made ANY statements about FMJ-Castillo 1 because I have never seen it. Obviously you probably haven't and won't post a scorecard. Also, you tell me I always have to go to insults, but whats the first thing you do? Finish High School Fredddy. Finish High School
