Pac agreed to more than enough at the time. Unlimited urine, blood test up to 21 days and blood post fight locker room. That’s more than enough, he was superstitious and that’s that.

And no I disagree. Floyd was outright caught cheating, you telling me if Pac was caught with all those IVs we wouldn’t have atlas all over it and everyone else clamouring about “I knew it”. It was floyd who largely got away with that. Heck people had to make up fake email stories just to create a smoking gun.

2nd what does what took place in 2015 have to do with what took place in 2009?

3rd you want to talk about road blocks Pac put in that ridiculous $1000000 per pound fine that was to be given to PBF if he came in over weight. That was crazy and a roadblock, yet PBF agreed to it. A guy seeking drug testing to be given to both fighters to ensure a clean fight is never a road block but only considered one if you have something to hide. Or if the guy you like more is refusing to submit to testing.

4th What about the ridiculous road block that Arum put up about a stadium that needed to be constructed in Vegas to host the fight. That is a road block.

5th What about that ridiculous time clock that Arum had that was a road block.

6th Roach already went on record saying it was their fault that the fight didn't happen sooner because of testing. Yet you want to act like that didn't happen because it destroys your argument and proves that they did indeed stop the fight from happening in 2009
