Loma's frame is smaller than Duran. I think Duran is a natural 140 whereas Loma is probably a natural 130. Most guys at 147 were bigger than Duran, just as guys like Mikey at 135 are bigger than Loma.

I think Loma's size is more similar to Pacquiao who was probably at his physical peak at 126-130, with his actual peak being at 140 because he gained more skills to make up for his lack of just walking over people.

Remember that Pac walked guys like MAB and Morales down in a slug it out battle at 126-130, guys who had p4p chins and power for their weight. I don't think he could do that to guys with p4p power and chins at 140+, he generally outskilled them including guys like Hatton, Cotto and Margo.

 

Loma never deserved pfp consideration until he beat Rigo. And Loma has already lost and didn't rematch the guy who beat him. Why would anyone rank him number 1..!!!???
